Scope of This Policy

This document covers IPTV Online Player Live TV M3U (the "App") and explains what its developer ("we", "us", "our") does — and does not do — with information when the App is used. The App is a playback tool: it opens M3U and M3U8 playlists that the user supplies and plays the streams inside them. It carries no channel library of its own. Installation and use signal acceptance of what follows; anyone who does not accept it should not install the App.

1. Anonymity by Design

There is no registration step, no login screen, and no user profile anywhere in the App. We never request, and never hold, a name, email address, postal address, or telephone number.

2. Playlists, Portals, and Credentials

Everything you enter to reach your streams — M3U or M3U8 links, uploaded playlist files, EPG guide addresses, portal URLs, or the username and password your IPTV provider issued you — is saved to your own device's storage and remains there. None of it travels to us. None of it is copied to any server we operate. None of it is disclosed to a third party. Because of this design, the channels on your list and the programmes you open are simply not visible to us. Deleting a playlist inside the App, clearing the App's stored data, or removing the App from the device erases that information.

3. Automatically Gathered Technical Data

Operating and improving the App requires a modest amount of non-identifying data, which we and our providers may gather:

• Handset make, model, and Android release
• App build number, system language, and approximate region
• The Google Advertising ID assigned to the device
• Aggregate usage counters, such as how frequently the App is launched and which screens are visited
• Crash traces and diagnostic logs

None of these values single you out as an individual.

4. Purposes of Processing

The data described above supports exactly four activities: maintaining the App and investigating crashes or playback failures; measuring aggregate usage so features can be improved; selecting and measuring advertisements; and enabling and restoring subscriptions. Information is never offered for sale, rented out, or traded.

Where a lawful basis must be identified, we rely on: consent (personalised advertising), performance of the service requested (running the App), legitimate interests (stability, security, product improvement), and legal obligation where applicable.

5. Third-Party Software Inside the App

The App incorporates components built by others. Each carries its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read:

• Google AdMob — advertising
• Meta Audience Network — advertising
• AppLovin — advertising
• Mintegral — advertising
• Firebase — analytics and crash reporting
• ExoPlayer and associated playback libraries — stream decoding and playback
• Google Play billing — subscription payments

The way these providers handle data is determined by them, not by us.

6. Advertisements

Where no subscription is running, advertisements are delivered by the networks named above. Those networks may read the device's Google Advertising ID together with similar technical signals in order to select which advertisement to display, personalised where the law permits it. Android's settings allow the identifier to be reset or deleted and personalisation to be switched off at any moment. Advertising is absent for the whole time a subscription remains active.

7. Subscription and Payment Handling

An optional subscription is offered. It removes advertising and opens the App's premium capabilities. Payment is processed from start to finish by the Google Play billing system, which means card numbers and billing particulars are handled by Google under Google's own privacy policy and are never transmitted to us. What arrives on our side is an anonymous purchase token, employed for nothing beyond activating the subscription and restoring it following a reinstall or a device change. Purchase records are held only for the period tax and accounting law demands.

8. Permissions Requested

Each may be withdrawn through Android's settings, in which case the feature relying on it pauses until it is restored.

9. Content: An Explicit Statement

We host no television channel. We provide no film or series. We broadcast nothing, stream nothing of our own, and store no media on any server. A freshly installed copy of the App contains nothing whatsoever to watch. Every stream it renders comes from a source the user has personally supplied. Whether that material is lawful, whether it remains available, and what quality it arrives in are all outside our control and outside our responsibility. Holding the necessary rights, licence, or active subscription for anything streamed — and complying with the law of the country in which it is streamed — rests wholly with the user. Any complaint about a specific stream belongs with the party supplying that stream, not with us.

10. Security and Retention Periods

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied to whatever the App processes. Playlist information persists on the device for exactly as long as the user leaves it there. Analytics and crash data are retained according to each provider's own configuration. Because no method of electronic storage or transmission can be described as entirely secure, absolute security is not something we are able to promise.

11. Cross-Border Processing

Providers named in this policy may process information on servers situated outside your country of residence. Where the law requires it, such transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards.

12. Rights Available to Users

Users situated in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland may request access to their personal data, its correction, its erasure, or restriction of its processing; may withdraw consent; and may complain to a Data Protection Authority. Residents of a number of United States jurisdictions enjoy comparable rights, including the ability to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. 13. Children

The App is not designed for or directed at anyone below 13 years of age — below 16 in regions whose law fixes that threshold — and personal information is not knowingly gathered from children. Anything of that nature reaching us is deleted once identified. Where a minor purchases a subscription, the prior agreement of a parent or legal guardian is required; enabling purchase authentication within Google Play prevents any charge from completing on a child's handset without an adult's approval.

14. Amendments to This Policy

Amendments may be made from time to time. The operative version, together with its effective date, is always the one published on this page. Continued use of the App following an amendment constitutes acceptance of that amendment.
